1.What are the reasons for the price difference between conventional products and non-standard customized products?
Conventional products from the early mold building, production, transportation to the later installation process mature, from the perspective of marginal cost, the company's large-scale capacity to effectively reduce the cost of a single unit; The non-standard products are high-end customized products, the production period is long, the process is complicated, and the labor cost and transportation cost are high.
(1) Design stage: After drawing up the contract with the customer, on-site inspection is required. From product design ito overall planning and layout, after negotiating the final plan with the customer, the product deconstruction diagram is drawn.
(2) Production stage: the product mold needs to be customized development, and the need for non-standard professional and technical personnel and production technology to produce, welding process using argon arc welding and co2 gas shielded welding, and the use of automatic CNClaser cutting, the production process is complicated, high labor costs, but also need to face and solve all kinds of new difficulties faced in the production of new non-standard products.
(3) Packaging and transportation stage: non-standard products have a large volume, which is different from the advantages of batch transportation of standard parts, and can maximize the transportation space of vehicles.
