(1) Design stage: After drawing up the contract with the customer, on-site inspection is required. From product design ito overall planning and layout, after negotiating the final plan with the customer, the product deconstruction diagram is drawn.
(2) Production stage: the product mold needs to be customized development, and the need for non-standard professional and technical personnel and production technology to produce, welding process using argon arc welding and co2 gas shielded welding, and the use of automatic CNClaser cutting, the production process is complicated, high labor costs, but also need to face and solve all kinds of new difficulties faced in the production of new non-standard products.
